KRS requires all clients to understand, accept, and abide by the policies in place.
Payment Policy
A deposit is required for all appointments and will be collected at time of booking. The deposit will be half the price of service and will be applied to your full service price. The deposit is non-refundable. This ensures you are aware of and acknowledge the cancellation policy in place. If you arrive late to your appointment, you will still be charged 100% of the appointment price.
You can choose to pay for your appointment with card, cash, Venmo, CashApp, or Paypal. If you pay with card, a card processing fee will be charged.
Booking/Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to keep an appointment, I require 24 hours notice for cancellations and/or rescheduling. Due to leniency in the past, I will now be charging a $50 fee for canceled/rescheduled appointments within the 24 hour window. If you are sick/dealing with any contagious ailments such as cold sores, please reschedule your appointment. I will not perform a treatment in these cases and you will be charged full treatment price. If your card declines the no-show or cancellation fee, you will not be able to book any future services until the fee is paid in full.
Weekend appointments are currently available by request only. Please reach out to me if you need to book on Saturdays or Sundays. I am currently in nursing school, hours of operation are flexible for the most part. Please reach out if you don't see a time available that works for your schedule. All appointments are subject to be changed if you show up with contraindications or if there are major scheduling conflicts.
Face Reality Skincare Policy
Please plan on spending $175-$200 for your first set of products. I require you to use these products exclusively in order to participate in the Face Reality Acne Program. This helps me monitor your skin properly and will guarantee that you aren’t using anything with pore-cloggers that could slow down your skins’ progress. In addition to the above:
New clients must fill out all consultation forms prior to their first treatment.
Please bring a current list of all medications and supplements.
New clients MUST STOP using current acne medications and/or Retinol creams, prescription and over the counter, at least two weeks prior to the first treatment.
New clients MUST REFRAIN from receiving chemical peels, laser treatments and facial waxing AT LEAST 2 weeks prior to the first treatment.
Please reschedule your appointment in a timely manner if you have a sunburn or non-acne related skin issues (example: cold sores, skin cancer or mole removal, etc.).
KRS reserves the right to refuse or terminate a clients appointment for any reason.
Refund Policy
Products can be returned for the following reasons:
Any unopened/unused product that has been purchased within 14 days
An allergic reaction occurs
Any defective/damaged product upon opening
Returned products are eligible for store credit only (no refunds) & must be done within 14 days of purchase. I offer complimentary skin consultations to assist you in determining the appropriate products for your skin type & concerns.
All service payments are non-refundable.
